Day 149

1 Kings & Psalms

I know we already read about Davids death a couple of days ago, but we have to remember the Bible isn’t written like one long story; it has multiple authors recording the stories and times of the Old Testament period. So today, we get a new perspective, written by possibly Jeremiah according to Jewish tradition. This is a time where the Israel divides into northern and southern nations and become rivals. Reminds me of the problems we still encounter in the world, and will forever until King Jesus returns for us!
