Prayer is personal
Jesus invites His followers to address God as their father, a personal name that reminds us of His loving relationship with us.
Our evening prayer reflects on Palm Sunday when Jesus rode a colt into Jerusalem at the beginning of what we call Easter Week. As it unfolds, day by day, the Holy Spirit always helps me to focus on the Father’s will and the Sons obedience. When I think deeply about this Jesus’ last week, my relationship grows more intimate with God each year, and I hope to share my heart here with you.
“Fear not, daughter of Zion;
behold, your king is coming,
sitting on a donkey’s colt!”
Evening Prayers will be posted every night (North American Times) with a prayer, a quote, and a verse. We hope you will be blessed and encouraged.
