Verse of the Day
And Jesus answered him, “It is written,
“‘You shall worship the Lord your God and Him only shall you serve.’”
When I spend too much time on anything it can become something I worship. That may mean television, books, exercise, social media. entertaining and you can fill in the blank________. It is amazing to me how easy it can be to accidentally slip into spending more energy and time on things that don’t bring eternal impact to my life and those of the people I serve. Oh, I pray this often:
